At Beyond Educational Staffing and Therapy, our vision is to create a world where every individual has access to the therapy they need to thrive. We believe therapy should be neurodiverse-affirming and child-led or client centered.
We believe in a team approach and love supporting our therapists with professional development in best practices, including client-centered adult therapy, child-led pediatric therapy, trauma-informed care, and neurodiverse-affirming practices.
Our therapists at Beyond Educational Staffing and Therapy are highly qualified and trained in trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches that emphasize connection over compliance and neuro-affirming strategies that support the client's growth and success.
Collaboration is key at Beyond Educational Staffing and Therapy. We work closely with families, schools, and communities to ensure comprehensive support for children and adults alike. Putting our client's needs first is our priority.
